How do I get one of your gorgeous suits made for me?You take your diet and training seriously, therefore we take finding you the perfect suit to showcase all your hard work just as serious. We work with clients BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. This insures you get the undivided attention you deserve. Local clients can schedule your appointment via the website HERE. All in studio consultations are $25.00 for one hour. This fee will be credited to your order and is non-refundable. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for appointments scheduled before or after business hours. Online Consultations for Bikini & Figure start by filling out the ONLINE ORDER FORM. Once received, you will be contacted to review your order, discuss details, and collect payment.

What type of cystals do you use?We use only Austrian Crystals by brand names Swarovski and Preciosa. These brands have a renowned reputation for making high quality rhinestones with extrodianary sparkle. This is a critical part of owning a luxury, handcrafted competition suit. You get what you pay for!

When should I place my order?We highly recommend placing your order 6-8 weeks out from your competition date. It's normal not to be near your expected competition weight at 6 weeks out, but we are experienced is knowing where you should be by show time.

When will my suit be shipped or ready for pick up?You can use the following timeframes as a rough guide, but please note that they do vary, especially at the busier times of the season. Expected pickup dates for local clients: Crystal Bikinis and Figure Suits - pickup are scheduled for 1 week prior to show date. The closer to show date the better. This allows us to get the tightest fit before you step on stage. But this rule of thumb depends on how fast you lean out. Some clients can pick up 10-14 days before show without needing any additional suit adjestments. Posing & Classic Trunks - anywhere from same day to approximately 5 business days after an order is placed. Expected shipping dates for non-Arizona clients: Crystal Bikinis and Figure Suits - ship dates are scheduled for 10-14 days prior to show date (international clients 3 weeks). This allows enough time for shipping, trying on, and adjustments (if necessary). Posing & Classic Trunks - anywhere from same day to approximately 5 business days after an order is placed. Shipping Guidelines apply to shipping within the contiguous United States only. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia are considered non-domestic and are subject to longer ship times. Do you ship anywhere in the world?We ship everywhere via USPS Priority. All International orders (excluding Canada) are shipped for a flat rate of $55.00 USD. A number of factors can affect the delivery time. Your postal item may arrive later due to, for example: Local Holidays, Customs handling in the destination country, or strikes or other unforeseen events in the destination country. Since BILBO cannot influence the postal process in other countries, we are not liable for packages that do not reach the destination and therefore will not refund any purchases.

What is included in the price?All our bikins and figure suits are priced accourding to crystal count. Therfore, more crystals equals more money. The base price for every suit includes fabric, bra connectors, bottom connectors, lining, and labor. Additional costs would include: bra padding, back clasp, or a bra that is DD or larger.

Do you take Rush Orders?Yes, we can accommodate rush orders. The orders come with additional fees. To AVOID rush fee, suit orders must be placed a minimum of 6 weeks prior to your show date. 5 weeks from show date $50.00 4 weeks from show date $60.00 3 weeks from show date $70.00 2 weeks from show date $80.00 1 week from show date $100.00

What payment methods you accept?Payment with credit or debit card is accepted. Square is our main payment gateway company who will securely process your credit/debit card details. We still love cash in person though!

I decided not to compete, can I get a refund?No cash or credit card refunds. Your suit is made to custom fit your body. Once your order is paid it is processed within 3 days. Be certain of your suit color, design, and connectors before placing your order. Your only options after placing the order is a store credit for the amount paid (less the $25 consultation fee). You can also choose to consign your suit. See consignment details here. Active wear purchases have a 7 day refund/exchange return period. Buyer to pay return shipping and items must be in unworn, new condition. After 7 days item(s) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How do I care for my crystal bikini or figure suit?All suits created by Bilbo Sportswear are considered costumes. The fabrics and embellishments are not made for use in water; therefore, should not be used as swimwear. Bilbo Sportswear is not responsible for any damage incurred as a result of improper use. If you have a chain attached to your suit or rhinestone chain, make sure connectors do not soak in water. If your suit has crystals–please handle with care. Your costume has expensive crystals on it so please be very careful when trying to clean them. Be as gentle as you can. We use the best quality glue to ensure all crystals are stuck on as securely as possible. However, it is possible that some crystals may come off for various reasons, i.e. due to the costume being stretched in some areas or crystals may have been forced to move while wearing. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the normal wear and tear of your suit resulting from use of tanning products, oil, makeup, glue or Bikini Bite. Hand wash with cold water using a mild soap; i.e. Woolite, Dreft (bathroom sink will work). Use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the soiled area on the INSIDE of the suit and use your finger or a wet cloth to remove stains on the outside of the suit/bikini/trunk fabric. GENTLY rub only the dirty spot(s) with your finger or a wet cloth. Zout and/or Folex work well for tough spots. But always spot test first. Rinse with cold water. Gently squeeze and blot dry between two towels and lay flat to dry or let drip in shower or bathtub (you can hang on plastic hanger if you desire).

What about Alterations? How does that work?We alter only Bilbo apparel. Any and all alterations must be received 2 weeks prior to your show date. Simply reach out via email norma@bilbosportswear.com or call 623-910-2022 to get the process started.

PrivacyContact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
